A loyal guest of this hotel for over 25 years, I stay here every time I'm in Paris, now every two months for stays of 10 to 14 days. The quality of the establishment remains commendable. However, since a recent change in staff, the benefits associated with loyalty (reservation conditions and recognition of regular guest status) are no longer being honored, which is regrettable. I hope that a review will help preserve the relationship of trust built up over several decades.

I went back to my room; apparently, someone else was in the same room as me, masturbating. The hotel was noisy, and the breakfast service was as slow as a pet snail.

The rooms were comforatble and locataion was good. But the service staff was not very friendly. And their response to our request, they did not take it seriously.
