If you don't have a lot of luggage and don't mind walking, I highly recommend it. It's a bit far from the station and the main tourist attractions, but the city center is small, so it was fine. When I first arrived, I thought I'd booked the wrong place... but the more I stayed, the more I realized I made the right choice. I haven't stayed at other accommodations in Paris, but they're notoriously cramped and expensive. This one was on the small side, but it was comfortable for two people. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, so there was no noise. It was recently renovated, so it smelled a little new, but it was surprisingly clean. At first, I was a little taken aback by the small lobby and the single staff member who greeted me, but the atmosphere was very family-friendly. The breakfast, while not particularly varied, was very filling and had a home-cooked feel. I've eaten at several famous restaurants in Paris, but this breakfast was the best, both in terms of value and in my taste. Above all, the black male employee, Babacar, and the white female employee (I didn't get their names) were incredibly kind. When I asked if the water in the fridge was free, they offered me extra when I left. When I told them I didn't have time for breakfast the morning of my departure, they offered me a bag of bread and coffee if I wanted to. I was so touched. I think who you meet on a trip can have a huge impact on your impression of a country. I had a great stay~ MERCI!

The window on the upper floor couldn't be opened, and the room hadn't been properly cleaned... BUT everything else was great, especially the friendly team, including the funny night porter! We got a blanket, pillow, ice cream... everything we needed. Breakfast was really delicious and high-quality. We were there in the off-season, so it was quiet. The location is great, relatively quiet, with public transport just around the corner. High-quality restaurants nearby. Safe area.
