Absolutely wonderful stay at Mercure Paris Pantin! I stayed at the hotel while visiting my husband, who was in Paris for work, and our experience was truly fantastic from start to finish. A very special mention goes to David from the reservations team, who was absolutely exceptional. From the very first interaction, he listened carefully to my needs, was incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly arranged. He didn’t just meet my expectations — he genuinely exceeded them, anticipating what I needed before I even had to ask. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a real difference to our stay. Thanks to the wonderful service and welcoming atmosphere, my husband and I had a lovely time together despite his busy work schedule. The hotel made our visit comfortable, smooth, and memorable, and we truly felt taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely return — especially knowing that such outstanding service exists behind the scenes. Thank you for making our stay so special!

I am currently in Mercure Hanoï in Vietnam and I am wondering myself if I should sent to Ms PR the Hotel Manager some pictures showing to her the meaning of Hospitality…. I am speaking about: 1. Check In procedures adapted to the level of loyalty of the guests - full information - homemade welcome drink etc….Few seconds for checking in…. 2. Amenities package 3. Pillows collection fitting your way you want to sleep 4. Room equipment with a nice set 5. Minibar Coffee and Tea 6. Reminder from reception that whatever you need they will service you in room. I stayed the last 3 nights of the 2025 in Mercure Pantin…… I did not read any reviews from guests who stayed the last month in the Hotel…. My mistake…. I read them this morning and I can feel how this hotel is a disaster in terms of service, cleanness…..Incredible discoveries for me especially that I had some written emails with the Hotel up to Top Management of the Accor Group… these discoveries let me know that I am not wrong….. service is zero!! When you check in…. The manager discovered that you are a loyal customer…. Nothing was prepared in advance, no informations was given to the guests….. nothing nothing nothing…. Once you need something…. Reception is telling you…. Come down and collect what you need cause “no room service”….. however always few staffs at reception and the poor Nigerian lady is running, cleaning and handling the housekeeping by herself!!! I feel this not fair for her and disaster for customers… in terms of service. Again we are in Pantin….. I am not speaking of an hotel downtown Paris!!! So we cannot imagine that they don’t have time to bring something in the room for their guests!!! So no matter of fact I told Ms PR…. I will never ever come back to this catastrophic hotel and again my mistake, I should read reviews before booking for such hotel with so poor hospitality mindset. So to avoid wasting your good time in Paris, my recommendation… do like me!! avoid this hotel.
