Located on the slopes and easily accessible. Rentals and ski passes are available at the hotel. Friendly staff, rooms a bit spartan but adequate.

Christmas 2025 Pila ❤️ We stayed at the Hotel Club Esse Pila 2000 during the Christmas holidays. We were a little skeptical, thinking the property was dated, but we actually enjoyed it. I've divided the review into points. Structure: The hotel's common areas are very beautiful and recently renovated (reception, restaurant). The rooms are located in the main building and an annex; we stayed in the annex. The rooms are a little dated, but all wood creates a warm and pleasant mountain atmosphere. The storage room for ski and snow equipment is very convenient. There's also ample parking. Restaurant and food: We booked half board. The breakfast was decent, with the essentials, both sweet and savory. The drinks machine didn't work very well in the first few days, but they later installed a new one and the problem was solved. The dinner was excellent: a varied and plentiful buffet of appetizers, side dishes, and desserts, plus two first and two second courses, always of good quality. Staff: The hotel's real surprise was the staff: entertainers, waiters, receptionists, and housekeeping staff were all extremely kind, helpful, smiling, and always ready to accommodate every request. The manager is always present and stands out for his professionalism and courtesy. Cleanliness: The common areas were clean. The rooms, however, needed updating: since everything is made of wood, a more thorough cleaning is needed because dust accumulates on the floors and between the boards. The radiators could also be cleaned better. Entertainment The entertainment staff were excellent: friendly, cheerful, but never intrusive. However, the stage area is a bit dated and could use a renovation. Location and Ski Area The hotel's location is perfect: just steps from the ski lifts and about a 30-minute drive from Aosta (also accessible by cable car). The Pila ski area is truly beautiful, with slopes suitable for all levels (beginners and experts) and stunning scenery. This year, the new cable car that reaches Stella di Pila, the new panoramic viewpoint, opened. Along the slopes, there are several refreshment stands and huts, ski schools, and equipment rentals.
