We chose Mercure Restaurant for our iftar dinner. They have a magnificent cuisine, from the main courses to the dozens of appetizers and desserts. The menu is very rich and the food is incredibly delicious. My wife and I had a very enjoyable evening. I've never eaten such delicious güllaç (a type of Turkish dessert) in my life. Thank you for everything.

We went to an iftar dinner. Although we specified that there would be two adults and one child, the table was reserved for two. We were forced to sit at a table in a corner, and we had our iftar meal cramped together. We paid three full bills. They also charged for the child, but didn't reserve a table for them, seating them in a corner instead. It's shameful that they didn't charge for the child, or at least gave them a discount.

This is a hotel I consistently choose for business trips; it's clean, friendly, and completely prioritizes customer satisfaction. It's definitely a great choice without hesitation. Their loyalty program is also commendable. (Although I haven't received any emails recently regarding this, it shows the value they place on their customers.)
