The receptionist was incredibly unpleasant; a little more courtesy wouldn't hurt. There's not much difference between a municipal swimming pool and this Thalasso spa. The shower cubicles are tiny, there's water everywhere on the changing room floor, so you slip right away when you arrive, and the worn mirrors didn't bode well for the rest of the experience.
