⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star – and even then, only out of necessity) SHAMEFUL and DANGEROUS hotel. I mean it: I have never slept in such a horrible establishment in my entire life. The room was in a state of advanced disrepair: • Filthy mattress, with large, extremely shocking yellow stains as well as bloodstains • Unbearable musty smell upon entering the room • Severe dampness on the door and walls (photos and videos available) As for security, it's simply unacceptable: • Window facing the outside that couldn't be locked • Connecting door to the next room unlocked ➡️In the evening, the neighbor was able to enter our room because the establishment "forgot" to lock the connecting door. A shocking, anxiety-inducing, and totally unacceptable situation. The advertised comfort was nonexistent: • Air conditioning/heating malfunctioned and impossible to adjust • Outdoor air conditioning units located less than 5 meters from the room, switched off but producing an infernal noise • A fan jammed all night, making sleep impossible Despite our numerous calls, visits to the hotel, and repeated requests throughout our stay, there was no solution, no compensation, and no customer service. We were persistent because the situation was unbearable, and all we received was contempt. The situation was so dire that we were forced to change hotels. That gives you an idea of just how much of a nightmare it was. And the worst part? The hotel's email response simply denies the facts, while the photos and videos prove the exact opposite. A dishonest and outrageous attitude. This establishment deserves ZERO stars. Even a hostel or somewhere else would be cleaner and safer. There are much better hotels, cheaper and infinitely more reliable. ⚠️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I'm only giving it one star because Google requires it, but even one star doesn't do this hotel justice. Positive reviews are dubious!!!

I am writing regarding the security deposit that was charged on my card at the time of check-in at the hotel on 12/12/2025. According to the information provided by the staff, this amount was to be released shortly after check-out. However, almost a month has passed since my check-out on 14/12/2025, and the amount has not yet been refunded or released. I have also confirmed with my bank and there is no signal of the refund by the hotel. I asked twice via mail without any answer If you are wondering how much is it it’s a 100£
