Exceptionally friendly staff, but overall a very disappointing stay What we liked: First, we would like to emphasize that the staff – especially at reception – were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. Their dedication was truly impressive and the main reason we didn't leave immediately. The breakfast was also very good and of excellent quality. After having to change rooms twice, we finally received an upgrade to a very nice suite, which we greatly appreciated. What we didn't like: Despite these positive aspects, our stay was unfortunately very disappointing overall. The three rooms we originally booked were in an unacceptable state of hygiene: One room had hundreds of ants, and the hallways and rooms reeked of manure, which significantly impacted our stay. The housekeeping also fell far short of the standards of a 5-star hotel – there is an urgent need for training. Furthermore, staff members occasionally tried to enter the room while guests were in the bathroom, which is absolutely unacceptable. What we didn't like: Despite these positive aspects, our stay was unfortunately very disappointing overall. The reception staff were clearly powerless in many situations, as fundamental problems are structural in nature and cannot be compensated for by friendliness. The entire hotel complex appears significantly outdated and does not live up to the advertised 5-star standard. The Instagram photos, on which we originally based our booking, are very flattering and unfortunately do not reflect the actual condition. The owners urgently need to invest in the hotel and make structural improvements to bring the quality back up to an appropriate level.

Beautiful and sweet hotel. Perfect service. Ideal comfortable rooms, amazing swimming pool, very nice breakfast, wonderful restaurant in hotels area. So friendly and so nice reception team. Miss Irene, Mister Sergio, Mister Sergio and other nice ladies and men, who work in reception and restaurant thanks a lot for hospitality and kind assistance in all questions. Hope to visit this charming hotel again. Wish to all team Happy Christmas and Nice New Year, which are coming soon. Best regards from Natali And Alper Karacoban.
