Construction work is currently taking place while the hotel is open. This means there's noise in the room all day. There was no prior notification, yet I still paid the full price. Renovation work is fine, but it's important to be informed beforehand!

I stayed here for one night due to a canceled flight, and I’m really glad I chose this hotel. Since it was a Sunday, the roads in front were closed for bikers and runners, which meant no traffic at all such a great experience. The hotel even had bikes available for guests, which was a nice bonus. The check-in process was smooth and excellent. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who checked me in because she was truly wonderful. The room was spacious, and the location is perfect close to everything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a great night’s rest. I would definitely stay here again, especially for a longer visit to Mexico City.
