I will NEVER book at this chain again. First of all, when we got to the hotel, they stated that they could not find my reservation (I gave them my name and confirmation number). The guy behind the counter said he didn’t have it and only had one king room available as there was a convention in town. I called some other places but they were booked. I went ahead and took the “king” room (it was actually a queen not king like stated). I was charged $342 when my original booking was $286 for 3 nights for a bigger room. The guy asked how long for and I told him to Sunday. I confirmed this again later just to make sure and he said “Yes, I have you here till Sunday”. I was in the middle of a race Saturday morning (why I was in town in the first place) when I got a text about checking out. I called the hotel and they said I was only booked till Saturday, meaning the guy behind the counter lied to me. I told them to charge my card for another night because I didn’t think I would make it back in time to check out. I actually did so just told the person behind the counter to check me out and refund me. Well, I was charged $156 for the “extra” night and only refunded $144. So now y’all took $12 more dollars from me on top of the fact that I was charged WAY more than what I originally booked for which was $286 for 3 night and I paid $342 for TWO nights. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I use any of your chains again. I will take my business where they won’t over charge me, won’t loose my reservation and then get my dates wrong.

I was told my reservation was canceled because my card was declined. Which was impossible because it was the same card I used to check in with and I had a conformation number. I had to get a room that was $137 a night instead of the $91 room I reserved.
