My family and I came to this hotel to spend Christmas because my children wanted to use the heated pool. When we went down to the pool, they told us it wasn't open and they didn't know when it would be. This is upsetting because we made it clear and emphasized our need for the pool for my children when we made the reservation. We made the reservation back in September, so I think they had enough time to let us know the pool wouldn't be available so we could decide whether to continue with the reservation. But this last-minute decision made my children's Christmas the saddest ever, and we couldn't change hotels. Later, I tried calling the service that supposedly delivers food from the restaurants, but no one answered, neither customer service nor reception. Later, I inquired again about the pool service, and they said it would be ready by 7:00 AM the next day. At 7:00 AM, I called, and they told me it was still closed and asked why I wasn't staying longer, as that would be my only option. I was like, "What?!" I mean, what could be the solution? Honestly, I don't recommend this place. The service is terrible. I'm requesting a refund because this ruined my children's Christmas. And as a parent, I feel bad because they don't yet understand that it's not my fault as a parent. Not to mention, there's no one to take responsibility or offer solutions, and the staff is incredibly rude.
