This entry and reception for those property was as expected for the cheap price. The furniture, decor,and linens were dated. The breakfast was meager and not quickly replenished. Our first room had a slow drain sink and the toilet backed up. They weren't able to clear it with a plunger, so we were moved to a second room on night 2. The windows were left open in the second room, but I didn't realize that until I was investigating why it wouldn't get warm. There was snow INSIDE the windows. The refrigerator also was way too cold and froze all of our food, even on the warmest setting. The service was substandard. We stayed 10 nights. At no time were we offered fresh linens, a room refresh, or trash removal. The front desk clerk was friendly, but the manager was very rude. When we checked in, the clerk made an error, resulting in an overcharge of $600. The charges were reversed after I brought it to their attention on day 6. No apologies were offered. I requested a one night extension for free, as on day 9 the refund had still not been released, preventing me from being able to book a hotel elsewhere or pay for gas to start the 800 mile drive home, not to mention that we were in the middle of a blizzard. The manager refused, saying "there's nothing in life for free". He offered 50 for the night, which I accepted. He told me it was "half off" but I had paid 77 after taxes and fees for the other nights, so it wasn't a great deal. When I requested a late check out, I was told that "in winter they don't allow late check out" This hotel will keep you dry, but that's about it. I will never book here again.

Serious Privacy Violation – Think Twice Before Booking I stayed at this hotel with my family and experienced a serious privacy issue. A staff member entered one of our rooms while it was still officially checked in under our reservation, without permission, and removed a personal letter. I went to the front desk to ask if anyone had entered the room, as the letter was missing. My family also noticed hotel staff roaming around and entering rooms; at the time, we assumed they were checking vacant rooms. In person, we were told that “no one entered” the room. However, the next morning, a different front desk employee approached us holding the letter and asked what it said. This confirmed that someone had entered the room despite being told otherwise. Later, the hotel claimed in writing that a housekeeper thought the guests had checked out and entered to collect dirty towels. Since it wasn’t our checkout date, it should have been clear the room was still occupied. The room had a Do Not Disturb sign, and no one contacted us to confirm whether it should be entered. Because of the conflicting explanations and unauthorized entry, my family felt unsafe and contacted local authorities. The hotel refused to cooperate afterward, but the booking platform’s support team helped us address the issue. We do not wish to be contacted by the hotel again. I’m sharing this to inform future guests so they can make an informed decision.
