This is a 5-star hotel, but guests have to request toothbrushes and extra key cards. There's no welcome drink, the spring mattress seems saggy, the extra bed sheet has mold-like spots, and the room decor is terrible – it's like staying in a hotel that doesn't have money for decoration. A broken piece of carved wood is pasted onto the wall in an unbalanced position; what's the point? A plain room would be better. The hotel claims the highlight is the rooftop view, but during a festival, guests like us couldn't access the rooftop without a ticket. Finally, the breakfast was awful. Even the fried eggs were poorly cooked, and the soy milk, coffee, and chocolate tasted like dishwater. The soy milk was overcooked, with no tofu skin at all; it tasted like it was diluted with plain water. It's a high-priced hotel, worse than any 3-star hotel I've stayed in. A truly disappointing experience, as I've never stayed in an expensive hotel where everything was this bad.
