Great Resort in good location. Food and beverages have European standards and everything is quite tasty. Pool, restaurants and rooms are very clean. The facilities are a bit outdated but the incredibly friendly staff compensates super easily. Everyone greets you with smile and welcomes you like family. A special shout-out to Anwar and Pekki from the Poolbar. Thank you so much for having us and making the stay unforgettable.

My experience with Mida Grande Resort Phuket was extremely disappointing. The hotel showed a clear lack of professionalism and cooperation, and guest concerns were handled poorly. Despite explaining unavoidable travel circumstances, management showed no flexibility or understanding. The focus appeared to be on payment rather than providing reasonable support or solutions. For a resort that presents itself as a luxury property, the service fell well below expectations. Senior management should review their customer service approach. Travelers who value fair and respectful treatment may want to reconsider staying here.
