The hotel room was only superficially clean; there was nothing but hair from previous guests under the covers on the bed – disgusting. The shower was full of limescale and stains. A little limescale is normal, but this much? There were mites in the bed; my partner and I had bites all over. The corners were covered in dust and hair – revolting. The food was okay, nothing special. The staff wasn't very friendly; they barely greeted us. They wanted 500 baht because we wanted to check in an hour and a half early. The location was terrible; it always took more than an hour to get into town with the traffic. Never again!
