The front desk did not coordinate or provide assistance, resulting in a late check-in, a strong sewer smell in the room that could not be resolved, and no room change being offered.

The rooms are clean, and the hotel is surrounded by lush trees with views of the Kwai Noi River, although the water in front of the rooms is shallow. There are two swimming pools. The breakfast is delicious with many choices, but there aren't enough staff in the morning preparation area, resulting in long waits. They should prepare more staff, especially during peak season when there are many guests.

I requested a room on the first floor, but was given a room on the second floor, claiming the first floor was full. However, other guests who hadn't requested a first-floor room in advance were allowed to change rooms after check-in (they only requested it from the staff at the check-in counter next to them, not in advance). One of our guests is an 88-year-old who had to walk up the stairs despite requesting a first-floor room beforehand. This is very unprofessional. If the first floor was truly full, I could accept it, but seeing the staff at the next counter allow another room to change floors shows it's just the carelessness of some staff members. In the breakfast area, every glass was dirty, and we had to ask for spoons and forks; most tables didn't have them readily available. The strangest thing was that a staff member making Thai-style pancakes (ขนมครก) was eating them while serving guests. The room itself was clean, but with this kind of service, I won't be returning.
