We were there for 9 days. 2 children and 2 adults. The hotel complex was very large and relatively well-maintained. The water in the pools was very cold, and unfortunately, there was a lot of dirt at the bottom. The food was always plentiful, but some dishes were a bit overseasoned for me. Room service focuses more on making the beds and emptying the trash cans. The floors unfortunately get a bit of a miss. Every now and then, they sweep and mop, but unfortunately, not enough. The ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, there were some communication problems from time to time, but we always somehow found common ground and understood each other. The TUI Kids Club on site is fantastic. Thumbs up to the girls who always took great care of the kids and always had a smile on their faces, even if it certainly wasn't easy at times. 👍👍 Keep up the good work. 👍👍 The walk to the beach was super short. The hotel complex is in a great location. Max. 10 minutes from the airport. All in all, the stay at the resort was very pleasant, relaxing, and restful. 👍👍

It's getting old. Paper cups all inclusive isn't all inclusive here. Once, but never again. 80% were English.
