Stayed at this property for more than a week with my family while we were in KIX. Lovely front desk staffs, and my eldest son always enjoy talking to them. Property is also just a stone throw away from the train station and they provide luggage delivery for their guests too! Highly recommend Mimaru for families planning a trip to Japan.

The room is cozy, comfortable, and well maintained. It is also very clean. The hotel is conveniently located, with FamilyMart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven nearby, and Shinsaibashi Street just a short walk away. The subway station is also close, making it easy to travel to different parts of the city. Most importantly, the staff are polite, courteous, and always willing to assist. For example, when we requested a 3-pin adapter for our UK plug, they kindly helped us arrange one.
