It is a fancy hotel . The staff was very nice and helpful. Sadly you can't do much about the area or the people who hang outside.

Overpriced dump with lazy, rude staff. Coffee shop wouldn’t make coffee 30 minutes before closing. Staff refused to clean my room when I asked. Got locked out at 5am—no one at the desk, then they show up 20 minutes later and say they’re on break and won’t help. Plus they gouge you for everything: $8 canned coffee and a $5 delivery fee for room service. Never again.
