I stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was spacious and had the basic amenities required for a short stay. However, I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. When I called to book the room, I was informed that it had a city view. After entering the room, I realized there was no view at all. When I opened the window, all I could see was the apartment building next door, which was very disappointing. The air conditioning worked, but it was quite noisy. There were also noticeable train sounds coming into the room, which made it difficult to relax. Only bath towels were provided — there were no face towels. In addition, the hot water was not functioning properly. Overall, while the room was spacious, there are several areas that need improvement to ensure a more comfortable guest experience.

Too old and outdated. Nothing is being done to fix it or change it. It is what it is: old, dirty, musty… • Everything broken and outdated • Stains all over the bedsheets • Mold on the bathroom ceiling • Pool water very murky. We didn't go in; it was too disgusting. • Breakfast: Glasses not properly washed. The food is okay, but not comparable to other four-star hotels. • The room key doesn't always work; you have to keep going back downstairs. Six times in four days. • One of the air conditioners was broken and stuck on full blast. It couldn't be adjusted. • Value for money: poor • Stayed four nights, and the bed linen wasn't changed even once. They should just take away the four stars and give it 0 to 2 stars… I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially if you're traveling with children, don't go here… Only disgust remains in my memory…
