Mirage World

This hotel is not a 4 star. Maybe a 3 at a push. The entertainment is good, food wasn’t bad although there is flies everywhere but I suppose that can’t be helped. The night we arrived we were placed into a tiny room that was old and unclean, (hairs and stains in the bed sheets). It was nothing like the picture advertised on love holidays! The room was for 2 adults and a 7 year old. The child’s bed was basically like a camp bed and not comfortable at all. It wasn’t suitable for 3 people to sleep in. We had to pay £150 extra to be upgraded to a new room. So be careful when you book here and make sure you don’t book the standard room if you want to have comfort but if you’re not bothered about the room then you should be ok. One of the reception staff named Parvana was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life, her attitude was disgusting and because of her alone we would never return to this hotel. She ignored us when we came to reception, she wasn’t helpful at all when asking about our transfer back to the airport, she was so dismissive and laughed at us rudely, I’m honestly shocked at how she’s still working there if this is how she talks to people. There was a lovely lady named ayse who was so polite and friendly.

Our stay at this hotel is scheduled for mid-July 2025. We were two adults and three children (ages 6, 10, and 13). The transfer from Dalaman Airport took about two hours. We arrived at the hotel around 8 a.m., were immediately given wristbands, and were free to use all facilities. We had to wait until around 12 noon for our room. We had a standard family room. It consisted of two rooms: one with two single beds, the other with a double bed and an extra bed. Both rooms had access to a balcony overlooking the hotel pool and beautiful mountain views. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite worn and could use some renovation, but you don't spend much time in your room on vacation. The air conditioning is card-operated, so it's best to get two cards so it doesn't turn off while you're away. The hotel consists of four buildings, three swimming pools, one children's pool, and a pool with water slides. All the games and activities take place by the central pool, where there's also a snack bar serving burgers, fries, salads, and various salads. There's also a drinks bar next door (there are a total of three bars serving drinks on the hotel grounds). The drinks were okay (there's a menu of about six to choose from). The food was very good. Breakfast included a selection of cheeses, hams, vegetables, fruit, and freshly baked omelets, fried eggs, and pancakes. We didn't have much time for lunch because we only had snacks by the pool. Dinner was the hotel's strong point. Grilled meats, fish, and vegetables, a wide selection of sweets, and fruit. Bottled water was available nonstop in the restaurant. Ice cream was available with dinner and sometimes by the pool in the afternoon. Perhaps the worst part was the hotel beach, which required a walk of about 200 meters, but that wasn't a problem because it was on a sidewalk. Unfortunately, the beach wasn't very clean (sand with small pebbles). Sun loungers were included, but there were a few and they were due for replacement. The entrance to the sea is gentle, but the water is muddy near the shore, but a little further from the shore, it's a bit better. There were even quite a few Poles at the hotel—around 120 during our stay (according to an Anex resident). There are plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel, and a nice promenade along the beach, which I recommend for an evening stroll because it's too hot during the day. The town is very lively at night, but safe. Overall, the vacation was a success, and everyone was happy. It may not be 5 stars as described, but I can recommend it. And the views are amazing!

We had a very enjoyable holiday experience. Having four separate pools is a great advantage. The animation team is very attentive to guests with activities throughout the day. The food is very good, there is sufficient staff, and the rooms are clean. You can easily walk to Marmaris İçmeler bars and shops in the evening. There is a very nice playground for children, and the slide is a plus. There is a private area nearby, and there is parking. In short, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you Mirage World Hotel Family. We have booked another holiday with early booking for this year, and hopefully we will be together again on June 30th.
