I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, there was no prior notice that the room had no hot water, no kettle, and no complimentary mineral water, which are very basic amenities for a hotel stay. On the night of my arrival, I contacted the front desk to report that there was no hot water for showering. The only response I received was, “There is no hot water today,” with no apology, solution, or alternative offered. The following morning, I raised the issue again at the front desk. This time, I was told that the hot water was available and that I “just needed to leave it on longer.” However, I explained that we had already done so the night before and again in the morning, and there was still no hot water at all. The staff then changed their explanation and said that the system was being repaired that morning. Considering the room rate of over RM240 per night, it was extremely disappointing to find that none of these basic amenities were available, and the overall service attitude from the front desk was unfriendly and dismissive. This inconsistency in communication and lack of transparency was very unprofessional. If the hotel was aware of maintenance issues, guests should have been informed in advance before check-in. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve both their facilities and customer service for future guests.
