Very Bad experience in Miridiya hotel.One of most worst hotel in Anuradha pura (Srilanka).Though the rooms are big but the bathrooms was horrible it was not useable .All the bathrooms are very small and more than 6 rooms bathroom shower is not working, bathrooms are small , broken toilet 😞 Flush is not working water is coming inside the room form the bathroom, water is not coming in the bathroom all the sinks are not working overall it was not a 4 star hotel it was just an ordinary hotel. In many rooms AC are not working. Rooms are full of insects and cockroaches 🪳🪳, WIFI is not working. No telicom inside the rooms. We can't even sleep in the night due to bad condition of the rooms and ac , Even the foods are very bad their are very less dishes in the buffet and they tested very bad they didn't even have enough table over all I will never recommend any one to stay in this hotel . The pool is also very unhygienic it looks like a mosquito breeding ground. So i will recommend Please never stay in this hotel or you will get one of the most worst experience in your life. We are a group of 20 persons and all of has that same experience that I had shared.We booked this hotel through Royal Holidays If you will book this it will fully ruined your whole Tour experience. So please don't stay in this hotel.

After staying in a number of hotels in Sri Lanka this one was very disappointing. Tired, in poor repair cold food and apart from the reception staff the rest grumpy and unhelpful. Would not recommend it.

Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short. First room the bathroom was outside which allowed mosquitoes in when entering and leaving. Back up rooms were adequate but bathrooms were very dated. Hot water not working properly, fittings rusted. Had a room with an adjoining door to kitchen and bar area making it noisy at night. Staff very accommodating and appreciate they are building a new facility but more needs to be done to maintain existing rooms.
