My stay at Mirilayon Hotel was very disappointing. We booked through an agency called Clock Travel -NEVER AGAIN. The bathroom had serious plumbing issues — the toilet leaked and flooded the entire bathroom floor, and the sink drained extremely slowly. The shower is a ceiling-mounted rain shower, so every time you shower your hair gets wet. The hotel does not provide shower caps or any basic toiletries except towels. Even the towels were not replaced unless we specifically asked for them. The room was not cleaned even once during our entire 4-day stay. The furniture is worn out, the bedding had visible stains (although it looked ironed), and both the television and the lamp in the room were not working. The card for the door doesn’t worked so we were given a key- makes you feel uncomfortable thinking the door isn’t fully functioning and safe? The lobby is also very dark and cold, and generally the rooms are scattered in various directions so it feels like a maze you are left to solve on your own. Heating in the room was also a problem — it was either too strong or completely off, making the room uncomfortable. The reception staff during the second shift were particularly unhelpful. They spoke only Turkish and were unwilling to communicate using Google Translate or make any effort to understand guests. Breakfast was very limited. The only vegetables available were chopped tomatoes and cucumbers. The only meat option was hot dogs. The rest consisted of cheese, olives, and eggs. For sweets there was honey and jam. The bread was the only good part of the breakfast. The staff that worked during breakfast was polite and helpful. The location is decent since it is about a 5-minute walk from the T1 tram line, but for the same price there are definitely better hotels in the area. If possible, avoid staying at this hotel.

This is a Very bad hotel not recommended , the water for shower isnt always hot , it gets very cold , you have to ask the reception to turn on amd off the heater and they dont always do it , i dont why you have to control the hwater from the reception, and if it gets hot at night you want to turn off the heater and you call the reception , they are not always there, the elevator doesnt always come and max 2 person so groups have to split , i dont recommend it , it costed it 56 euro per night with my husband and it was bad experience
