I stayed two night in this quite simple clean hotel. The location is close to si lom street 3 min walking distance to malls, shops, restaurants and more. Soun and other team members were super friendly and assisted us with all what we needed. Soun made sure to call a taxi to take us to airport with the greatest deal. Thank you. Kaaaa

Those planning to book, please wait and see what I experienced. I strongly advise against booking. 1. This hotel provided me with a noisy room. The refrigerator and air conditioner were constantly making loud noises, and another machine on the outdoor balcony would occasionally make a bang before starting to operate again. 2. There was a lot of bird chattering next door, I don't know if they kept birds or what. 3. I could clearly hear the sweeping downstairs. 4. The door locks were so old that I had to use a lot of force to close them. Every room's door slammed shut with a loud bang. 5. The hot water was practically nonexistent. On the second day of my stay, I told the staff that the room was unbearably noisy, and they confirmed that the room had these issues. I then asked to change rooms, but the staff said they were full and couldn't change rooms. Therefore, I requested early check-out and a refund. The staff said it was no problem as long as I applied through Agoda. Now, perhaps because I'm a foreigner, they're completely ignoring Agoda. Such a terrible hotel and such terrible staff—I strongly advise everyone not to stay here! The refrigerator and air conditioner repeatedly produced very loud mechanical operating noises. In addition, there was a machine on the outdoor balcony that would suddenly make a loud banging sound and then continue running noisily. 2. I am not sure whether the neighboring room keeps birds or not, but there were constant and excessive bird noises. 3. Even the sound of sweeping from downstairs could be heard very clearly inside the room. 4. The door lock appears to be very old. Each time the door is closed, it requires a great deal of force, and every door closing in the building can be clearly heard with a loud bang. 5. The hot water was practically nonexistent. On the second day of my stay, I reported this unbearable noise issue to the hotel staff. The staff member acknowledged that this room does indeed have such problems. I then requested a room change, but the staff told me the hotel was fully booked and that a room change was not possible. As a result, I requested an early check-out and a refund. At that time, the staff explicitly told me that this would be fine and that I only needed to apply for the refund through Agoda. However, it now appears that because I am a foreign guest, the hotel has completely ignored Agoda’s requests and has refused to respond. This is an extremely poor hotel with irresponsible staff.
