The hotel's location is immediately striking – right by the sea, with beautiful views and a well-maintained, expansive space. The property is large, yet well-planned, so it doesn't feel crowded. The rooms are spacious, clean, and regularly cleaned. The amenities are modern, and the air conditioning works efficiently, which is crucial on hot days. Many rooms offer sea views, significantly enhancing the comfort of your stay. The hotel boasts several swimming pools, including those with children's activities, making it a great choice for both couples and families. A major advantage of Mitsis Norida Beach is its extensive dining options. Guests can choose from several themed restaurants, and the food is delicious, diverse, and beautifully presented. Rooms are 2* at best, food is nice and staff are friendly. But check out the facebook posts regarding child welfare whilst at the hotel, in the last month alone I have seen some scary reviews where a child was taken off my a male member of staff and found around the pool in the dark with him, hotel refused to act on this at all as it would embarrass them! Then there is one of a man exposing himself and trying to take children away from the area, the hotel did nothing as the family of 6 were not enough witnesses 🤯 and they state the family refused a police report when they have screenshots of the messages with the hotel asking to make one! They have since returning home. I have never felt so unsafe whilst at a hotel, avoid at all cots

A hotel with beautiful, well-kept greenery and several swimming pools. The food is delicious and fresh. There's a so-called "Mitsis" hotel town here, with four of them. You can use any of the hotels. Great infrastructure. It's the first time I've seen food descriptions in Polish, and some of the staff also speak my language. That's a huge plus.
