The room (apartment) is rather functional. It could be more comfortable, but no. Without having asked for it or needed it, there was an extra bed in the middle of the room that did not contribute anything, quite the opposite. The sofa, which also converts into a bed, was physically broken and you could not sit on it. I notified the receptionist on the first day and they did nothing. In the kitchen area there were few cutlery, two of each and they were not even the same, it seemed that they had collected the remains they had found and left them in the drawer. In addition, the cutlery was not clean, I asked at reception if there was a cleaning kit as is usually the case in apartments, to clean the cutlery and kitchen utensils or the dishes and the answer was that sometimes the cleaning staff left some, but that they did not have any. In the end I had to buy a mop and cleaning product myself because they didn't give me any and, in the four nights I was there, no one came to clean the room, let alone cutlery or dishes. In the bathroom, one of the shower soap bottles was refilled with water. As for the neighborhood, I know it's not the property's responsibility, but the surrounding alleys were full of dirt, the buildings were poorly maintained and looked like a dangerous neighborhood. It wasn't easy to find parking either and you could spend long periods of time driving around with your vehicle to find a place to park and get back through the narrow, unsafe-looking alleys to the apartment. It's very unlikely I'll be back.

People, please stay well, truly away from this disgusting hotel. The only positive aspects are the location, three minutes from the beach, and the size of the rooms. It's incredibly dirty. If you complain, they promise to clean the same day, but nothing happens. Ants are permanent residents there, the pillows are rubbish (dirty and never properly cleaned), not to mention the covers. The shower drain is unappealing, and it's not fixed even when you complain. The kitchenette isn't even cleaned with a damp cloth when someone occupies it. Simply disgusting.
