I will never forget how we were treated at this hotel. They left me with the best impression of Miyajima's hospitality; I even shed a tear as I left. I want to thank all the staff for being the kindest people I met during my entire trip to Japan.

I stayed one night and I wish I could have stayed another! Everything was amazing: the dinner, the breakfast, the staff were always very attentive, and the onsen was incredible too :) They have a shuttle that takes you to the hotel since it's a bit far to walk from where the ferry arrives

Stay with my wife. This was my second stay after 2017. A very pleasant experience. The free shuttle for check-in and check-out was a welcome feature. It's about a two-kilometer walk from the port, an easily manageable distance that allows you to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy port area. The food was quite good; we appreciated that they took our dietary restrictions into account and that we had a choice of breakfast and dinner times. 4 out of 5 stars, not 5, because of the employee who served us dinner on Saturday, February 21st. She was particularly unpleasant, haughty, and arrogant. She was disrespectful in her manner of speaking to us for no apparent reason. First of all, Madam, like your colleagues, you should wear a mask when serving your customers' food and explain the dishes to them over the mask. This would prevent you from spitting on their food. It's a matter of hygiene and good conduct. In short, apart from that person, all the other staff were pleasant and smiling. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
