When I spoke to the hotel at the front desk to inquire about where to park my rental bicycles, the female manager was so polite that I decided to leave a review. I was told that the hotel's challenge was getting around and that they were struggling to figure out how to guide foreign tourists. Our service is designed to support the mobility of hotel guests, especially foreign tourists, so we believe that working closely with hotels is extremely important, and the manager listened very carefully to what I had to say about our services. It was the first time I'd ever had someone at the front desk so politely explain our services to me, and as someone who works in the tourism industry, I was truly delighted. It wasn't just the manager; the foreign staff members were also very polite, guiding us to the bicycle parking area, which made me realize that they must be very polite in their everyday customer service as well. I spoke to them as a client, but I learned a lot from talking to them about how one simple response can make such a difference. Thank you so much for your polite service!

It's a cheap business hotel, so it's not suitable for families. The toilet had a strange flush lever that took a while to flush. I chose the breakfast buffet, which was delicious. The location is good, as there are plenty of bars nearby.
