Not 3 stars. Not even provided the basic. No shampoo and wash. Not very clean. Not even a chair in the room. Room door doesn’t feel secure at all. Not that cheap either.

Great location, close to shopping malls and the BTS Skytrain. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The room is small but excellent, with everything a traveler needs. Very convenient.

I checked in on January 22nd. The room was tiny, with no desk or storage cabinet. The bathroom lacked a separate shower and toilet area, and the door was just one door. The entire room was damp, and the floor smelled bad. As other reviews mentioned, the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the neighbors showering and people talking downstairs. I couldn't sleep at all unless I was exhausted. The hotel didn't provide shower gel or shampoo; we had to buy them ourselves. We had no idea beforehand and were completely unprepared. On the third night, when they changed the comforter, we found a large yellow stain (as shown in the picture). I called the front desk to ask them to replace the comforter, and they were very unhelpful, saying, "If we have another comforter, we'll give you one." We waited almost two hours without any response. How could a hotel not have clean comforters available? This was clearly a staff member's way of dealing with a lack of service; my travel companion slept under a dirty blanket like that. Furthermore, even the most basic showering was a problem at this hotel. You had to turn on the water heater to boil water first, and it would turn cold after less than 10 minutes. For three nights in a row, we had to shower quickly, otherwise we'd have to take a cold shower. Not only could the room temperature not be adjusted, but we also had to take cold showers – it was infuriating! The room had so few usable amenities, the facilities were terrible, and they still charged guests a deposit. Staying at this hotel was a nightmare.
