Our stay was quite disappointing. The room was much older than it appeared in the photos. The curtains had stains — one looked like tomato and another white mark. The bathroom and shower were partly broken, the floor was damaged, and there was a constant bad smell coming from the pipes. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. We went to complain in the morning, but we were told there were no other rooms available. They mentioned that maybe the maintenance guy could come to check the smell, but nobody ever showed up. Instead, they just told us we still had to pay for the remaining night — even though we complained at 9 a.m. and were clearly unhappy with the room. They didn’t even offer the option to cancel the last night so we could move to another hotel. I don’t think that’s a good way to treat guests, especially when the room doesn’t match what was shown in the booking photos. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel — neither the place itself nor the service we received. The only positive thing I can mention is the view, which was truly spectacular right in front of the beach.

Stayed here 5 nights and it was great. Bottom floor villa for us and the access to the beach is amazing! Photo taken through the window of our villa. The room service was great and the layout is very convenient for traveling with children if you want to stay up a bit later than the children - the villas are long with one room at the entry to the house and the other next to the lounge near the beach, with each room's bathroom being on the same wall.
