Very good hotel, 5-star rooms, great location, very helpful staff. The restaurant is lovely. I stayed in a suite and breakfast was included. I paid 6000. There are cheaper options for as little as 3000. You don't really need air conditioning or a fan, although it's included. It has hot water and everything is comfortable, it has parking and good security.

The Wi-Fi doesn't work. There's a lot of noise from the motorcycles. The restaurant service is very good. The rooms are spacious.

It's far from a 4-star hotel: Infrastructure and Comfort Issues. We spent two weekend nights at this establishment, and the four-star rating is, in our opinion, completely undeserved. Location and Surroundings: The hotel is located in the heart of Constanta. The view is very poor, limited only to the rooftops of the neighboring houses. The atmosphere is quite noisy at night. Room (4th Floor, No Elevator): Access: The rooms are on the fourth floor without an elevator, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Comfort and Design: The rooms are small, with mediocre decor. The layout of lights and switches is poor, and the television didn't work. Cleanliness: In its favor, we must highlight that the room was clean. Musty smell. Cons: The room door let light from the hallway in, interrupting our sleep. There was a refrigerator, but it was miniature. Bathroom: Serious Deficiencies: Comfort: The bathroom lacks heating, which can make getting out of the shower very uncomfortable in winter. Lighting: The lighting is insufficient: there is only a central light, no light in the mirror, making shaving or applying makeup difficult. Maintenance: The towel rack and shower were broken. Amenities: Only two small bars of soap were provided. Shampoo and conditioner were completely absent. Breakfast and Dining Room Service: Breakfast: The included breakfast is not bad, offering a choice of three full courses, plus juices, hot chocolate, or coffee. Dining Room: The dining room decor is excessively cluttered and lacking in aesthetic appeal. Staff: We would like to highlight the friendly service provided by the staff. Conclusion: The hotel urgently needs to review its infrastructure and basic amenities to justify even a three-star rating. The lack of an elevator and the bathroom deficiencies are critical. Fair price (4000 DOP per night)
