I'll start with the positives: A room with a sea view, or rather, a room in the sea. The cleaning lady met all my expectations for a small fee. The room seemed to have been renovated, and the bathroom was nice (only the drain was constantly clogged, causing water to overflow into the room). The beach was a bit rocky in places. The property is quite large, even quite well-maintained. The pools were clean. The guys at the lobby bar were great. They were polite, courteous, and always smiling. There were plenty of shops in the hotel, and the prices were similar to those outside. The food was average, but manageable. Sometimes the meals were very good. Instead of butter, they used margarine. Now the negatives: the dining room was a terrible mess, the tables were greasy, dirty, and sticky. The table mats were turned upside down, and so on. No one ever scrubbed them properly during my two-week stay. The service was poor. I said I didn't want a placemat, and the man insisted on forcing one on me, insisting it was clean. Bring some wet wipes and disinfectant to clean the table before eating. Spoons were often missing from dishes. Beach towels weren't available until the third day at reception. There was also a problem with the towels in the room; we were given two towels at the beginning. And I have hair almost to my waist... I recommend bringing beach towels because it's a gamble. I paid around 2,600 PLN per person for a sea view stay (September 2025).

My personal opinion of the hotel: First the positives ;-) I would definitely return for the pool, the sea, and the food (40 TND for an afternoon including food), but not for the accommodation. Positives: - Main pool very nice (there are 4) - Indoor pool well-maintained & supervised despite few guests - Food beautifully presented with a wide selection - Friendly staff - Refrigerator in the room - Location right on the sea Negatives: - Lots of mold in the bathroom (grout & curtain) - Smoke detector beeps constantly, possibly the battery is too weak - Air conditioning too weak/old - No pool/sea view unless explicitly booked; otherwise, a studio with a small garden. - No TV remote control, only provided after asking twice. - No safe, only provided after asking twice, and then without a battery (another key to carry around). - Shower gel and soap dispensers empty, never refilled. - Toilet flush malfunctions, constantly running. - Pool water too cold for my liking at the end of October. - Indoor pool closed on the first day, despite the advertised opening hours and being about 1 km from the rooms. The path was covered in pigeon droppings (that part of the hotel was deserted). - Room dirty, service only did the bare minimum, no decorations, only towels were changed for four days (bath towels not), and sometimes the service didn't come at all (despite a tip). - On the last day, I had to check out at 12:30, even though the hotel was closing for the winter two days later and there were hardly any guests left. I specifically asked about this because of diarrhea and a cold (my flight wasn't until the evening). I would have appreciated some leniency. Luckily, I was able to spend the last few hours with my mother.
