Our family spent Christmas at the Mondrian Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. We stayed in a terrace room that was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping always kept the room immaculate. The service truly set this hotel apart. Jany Vega, the Front Desk Manager, went above and beyond to enhance our holiday. Her warmth and creativity were evident in every interaction, and the family movie night she arranged on Christmas evening—with a popcorn machine and cookies—was a huge hit with our grandchildren. We would also like to warmly acknowledge the concierge staff—Gustavo, Issac, and Regina—for sharing their wonderful knowledge of Mexico City with us. Their sightseeing tips and restaurant recommendations were exceptional, and the special care they showed our young grandchildren made their first global experience especially meaningful and memorable for our entire family. Thank you to the entire Mondrian team for creating such a welcoming, festive, and family-friendly holiday experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.
