We came to the hotel for one night only and I saw some bad and good reviews, so I was hoping to at least get a mediocre experience. The reality hit pretty quickly, even before we came inside the hotel. If you are planning to come here with a car - please don’t. Parking lot is filled with trash and empty boxes so much that you can’t even drive out. The size of a double room is barely enough for one person. Only one charger next to the bed and the “bed” itself is clearly a couch. It was semi-clean, I wouldn’t dare to lay in the bathtub and the bedding had someone’s hair on it, but for me it wasn’t that much of an issue. Also you can’t lock the toilet door in the room, so the door is always a little bit open - romantic experience. The checkout is at 11, but at 10 o’clock you get woken up by a cleaning lady that is knocking on your door until you open it. Why? It is a good location and pretty cheap, but the experience of magical Christmas market was completely ruined by the choice of the hotel. Can’t say anything bad about the stuff , only that they clearly don’t want to be there as much as I did, if not more. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the room, but here is a video of us trying to drive out of parking.

If zero stars were an option, this hotel would deserve it. We rented two rooms on December 13th and 14th, one of which had a beeping noise every minute. The receptionist was unpleasant, unhelpful, and slow to respond to the problem. We wasted an hour on hold with no answer other than, "We'll see later if a technician has come." The room was only suitable for sleeping, nothing more. I woke up at 7:00 AM after hearing the beeping from reception, so I was aware of the issue! There was no compensation offered. Sleep should be a priority in a hotel. The amenities were extremely basic: a single power outlet, no bedside table, the bare minimum. The only positive point was its location for the Christmas market. The most shocking thing was a woman who spent the entire evening and night sleeping in the reception area, using the small armchairs as a bed. She was still there in the morning. I find this unacceptable for a hotel of this standard; even Ibis hotels don't allow this kind of situation. Shameful!
