From December 30th to January 2nd, I spent the New Year's Eve holidays at Agriturismo Montebelli in Caldana, with a group of friends, all of whom shared five different rooms. During our stay, we encountered several inconveniences. We slept in the cold for much of the time, and most of us were forced to move twice in the space of a few days, moving from one room to another and only managing to sleep warm on the last night, in the suite. The rooms of the property were separated from each other, and to move from one area to another, we had to go outside; the muddy ground made these movements particularly uncomfortable. Another problem was the complete lack of internet connection throughout the property, even in the suite. When paying, we hoped for at least some kind of thoughtfulness for the numerous inconveniences we had encountered, but the discount applied was only two euros per person, a rather disappointing result considering the overall experience. Furthermore, the owner was not present at the time, so it was not possible to directly confront her about what had happened.

Overall, a positive experience despite the criticisms, which I don't usually make, but I hope they are taken constructively, because the impression is that it could be a five-star place with a little more care.

Unfortunately, our experience at this agriturismo was not positive. During our stay, the hot water wasn't working properly, making even a simple shower difficult. Furthermore, the heating was either missing or not working, making the accommodation very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. Considering the time of year and the cost of our stay, these are serious inconveniences that compromised the comfort and quality of our experience. We hope the facility will resolve these issues in the future.
