Have been members here for 20 years and received terrible service here. Most of the utilities in the room are broke. We didn't have hot water. Outlets didn't work. Paint falling off the walls. They messed up multiple reservations. It was once a good place but is falling apart. Memberships were worth it 20 years ago but now extremely over priced for the value. Would never come back.

This will be our second visit this year to Moon Palace, and we’re excited to be staying again at Moon Palace Grand. We had such a wonderful experience during our previous trip that we actually invited four other families to join us this time because we kept telling them how superb the resort was — from the food to the facilities and overall service. However, we were quite disappointed with the airport transfer situation this time around. All four of the families we invited were provided complimentary round-trip airport transfers, while our reservation only included one-way transfer. We tried calling several times to ask for assistance or clarification, but unfortunately no one was able to help and the response we kept receiving was that it wasn’t possible to change it. It’s a bit frustrating because we were the ones who recommended the resort and brought additional guests, yet ended up with less favorable treatment. A little flexibility or goodwill from the resort would have gone a long way.

A luxury hotel, everything is spectacular and of very high quality. It has a water park, an adults-only pool, two play areas for children and teenagers, 11 different types of restaurants, a cafeteria, bars, a beautiful beach, countless swimming pools, a very good gym, and I'm sure I'm forgetting many other things. I wanted to give a special mention to the bellboy, Carlos Caporali, who, upon learning that we were only staying one night, gave us a tour of the entire hotel, showing us everything in detail. We checked out at noon the next day, but they allowed us to use the hotel's common facilities until 11 pm; we were even able to reserve a table at the restaurant for dinner. They let us shower and change in the gym's changing room. They provided us with high-quality towels, shampoo, and conditioner both in the room and in the changing rooms. We arrived at 11 am and they gave us our room because it was already available. The staff is incredibly friendly. What we couldn't believe, compared to everything that followed, was the receptionist's attitude after we checked in. To all our questions, she simply replied, "It's on the app." Luckily, the bellboy, Carlos Caporali, cleared up all our concerns. We would have appreciated a printed map of the grounds, as it's very large and we couldn't quite get our bearings using the app.
