This place always charges me much more than the prices they list on google maps or on other booking sites when I walk into registration. I've spent alot of money here within the last few years and instead of charging me less they keep charging me more every time I go in there. And their attitude isn't that good. If you like baths you might as well skip this place. It seems that they only have one or 2 rooms with baths and they're usually not available. Management will practically snap from the back room if you even mention anything about a bath. Kinda low class and rude. The room had a sort of musty smell like an old man with BO smell. The beds are real small. The ground looks well kept-generally better than I've ever seen it before. The parking lot is nicely paved. Pool is just for show just like every other motel 6 I've stayed at. Pools areas are always locked. The laundry room is never open when I want to do laundry. Machines broke. I'm not sure if I'll stay there again. I feel kinda ripped off for the price she charged me. She did give me the room I asked for. So she got a star for that. I'm sure she remembers me. But she just acts cold. Not much personality these gals. Not many other affordable choices in carson city. I'll probably try next door next time. Im not upset or anything. I'm in a transition so they could make alot of money off me for longer term stays at this time. Maybe If they treated me better. Their loss not mine. Ill try Americas Best Value next time. They wont miss me or my business. Not much business sense here. The owners could make alot more money from return visits if their clerks were more accommodating. Just saying.

The rooms stink of cigarettes. The lobby also stinks. i asked for a new room, and they said there were none .. which I don’t believe. The rooms aren’t well cleaned. Everything is slightly dirty , old , ripped… doesn’t seem like to owners care about cleanliness and making the place smell fresh and clean .

General Manager Sedonna has assembled an outstanding customer service team. We stopped unexpectedly for one night and needed to extend our stay each day for an additional three nights. Paul and Laurie exceeded our expectations and made accommodations so we weren’t inconvenienced. Taylor worked with us on the weekend. Tim, in maintenance, kept the sidewalks and driveways cleared and safe from ice and snow. We sincerely appreciate all of their efforts and recommend Motel 6 in Carson City. Carolyn
