Nicest motel 6 I have been in, very clean and new beds. Rooms are smaller than norm but nice. Price was low so that means no amenities so bring what you need. Nice big park across the street for the dogs.

Although, the rooms were clean and tidy, I gave it a one star bc both my engagement ring and anniversary band were taken from our room. Before I headed out to do some shopping, I told housekeeping that I only needed towels and no one is to go into our room. She nicely handed me the towels and told me that if I had any trash to just close the bag and place it outside my room. I did as she said and I headed out. As I came out of the room I walked past another housekeeper. I smiled and kept walking. When I returned from shopping I noticed there was a 2nd set of towels in the bathroom. That’s how I knew someone had been in our room. We checked out the next morning. We left the motel and I noticed that I wasn’t wearing my rings. I didn’t want to accuse anyone so I backtracked to when I last saw my rings. I also searched all my belongings and every place I normally store them. The manager of the motel looked at the cameras to find out who went into our room but, the housekeeper denies taking them. I ended up having to file a police report and I left midland without my rings. I don’t want to get any in trouble, I just want my rings back. Replacing them is not the same. I’ve been told to file a claim with our insurance but, it’s not going to be the same bc those are not my original rings.
