Great location! Right next to big snow play which is amazing and only a short drive to stores and downtown. The staff was friendly and very helpful, had trouble getting my car out of the snow and staff was quick to jump in and help!

The room didn't have an ice bucket. The front desk guy was not helpful. I had to ask twice for a 2nd card. His version of a vending machine are Pizza Boxes and Chicken Pot Buys stuck to the window with no price and he takes cash only. When he isn't at the window he takes the Ring bell for assistance away. I felt like I was dealing with the Soup guy from Seinfeld. Not friendly at all. WIFI code not provided. Tried to get it but got voicemail. Went downstairs and he closed down at 10pm at night.

CONS Mattress had a huge dent in it. I've never been at a hotel with a such a poor quality mattress. Room smells strongly of cleaner. PROS Nice hot shower. Room comes with a TV, microwave, and fridge. NOTE When we showed up, there was a huge like for check in. A ton of people who made reservations weren't able to get rooms since the rooms "weren't cleaned yet." Later in the night to ask the front desk something, the same people were still waiting for their room 3.5 hours later.
