I recently stayed here for an extended period while my permanent housing situation was in limbo. It was a good decision. It's a very comfortable and safe hotel with great people working there. Friendly and helpful, with the exception of one guy who seemed absolutely miserable every time I saw or spoke with him. I just ignored him after seeing that is just his normal sour personality. Because who needs to put up with that when your are paying for a service? That said, everyone else was extremely professional and helpful with whatever I needed. The GM Chris was great to deal with made a difficult time for me much less stressful. He's a stand up dude! The houskeeping staff was a delight and were quick to provide anything I needed. Everything considered, I could not have chosen a better place for an extended stay while my housing situation was in flux.

As an Italian accustomed to European urban planning, I found it uncomfortable. You have to lose your car every time you get around. The hotel is located near the highway, far from residential areas or parks. It has a large lawn out front, but no playground equipment, just enough for the dogs to play. The breakfast is poor, and the rooms are dated and gloomy. Being in the US, the walls are all made of very thin plasterboard. Any noise from adjacent rooms is unbearable.

This Inn was Beautiful and quaint, it had that home feel. My room was very spacious and that bed was so comfortable that I fell fast asleep each night before I planned.. Lots of hot water! The staff was very accommodating and so kind to our 55 folks. We only had a few rooms on 2nd floor because elevator wasn’t working but not a problem, their staff took ALL of our luggage to and from our rooms to accommodate the group. I highly recommend Mountain Inn & Suites!
