I was served by Nadia during breakfast, other than the food options being excellent and fresh, Nadia’s service really stood out. Her joyful, kind character adds a lot to the room. She was always ready to make me try the guests’ favorites like strawberries covered in chocolate, or their freshly squeezed juice. A must try!

Great hotel in the business district. I had a kingsize room and loved the separate bath. The room with a view of the lake was very beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and Amen was a great waiter.

The room was spacious and the staff friendly, but unfortunately, although housekeeping regularly changed the towels, the room itself wasn't clean. There were shoe marks on the floor throughout my stay, and the refrigerator was dirty. There was also a lack of versatility: no staff member could directly answer a request; you always had to consult or escalate to another team to get a response or action. Unfortunately, at checkout, even though my stay was covered by my company, I had to pay myself. Furthermore, I didn't receive any of the benefits of being a Platinum member.
