Positive points: The various swimming pools, the gym, and the gardens; the breakfast; and the welcoming and friendly staff. Negative points: Very poor cleanliness: the room was dirty, and the cleaning lady didn't seem to be doing her job properly. The chair and small sofa were dirty, as was the carpet, and we even found a cigarette butt. Given the price and the fact that it's supposedly a 5-star hotel, the minimum expected is a clean room. Furthermore, the spa costs 300 dirhams per person; normally, in 5-star hotels, access is free (only the services are charged). This should at least be mentioned on your website.
