Our stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa El Gouna was so exceptional that we actually cancelled the next parts of our trip just to extend our stay here. That alone says everything. From the very first moment, the service was outstanding, but the reception team led by Mr. Ahmed Hagar truly deserves special recognition. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of at all times. This was our first time staying at the hotel, but it will absolutely not be our last. The level of service, hospitality, and overall experience exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place where service truly makes the difference, this hotel delivers it flawlessly. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Resort in El Gouna. The rooms had beautiful views of the pools, sea, and gardens, and the entire resort was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. Although the resort was apparently fully booked, it never felt crowded. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with plenty of sun loungers available by both the pools and the sea. Guests were a nice mix of families and couples, and everyone was quiet and respectful. The evening entertainment was light and enjoyable, usually live music or dancing for about an hour in a lovely piazza area. Dining options were very good, including a beachfront restaurant. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner, which offered a wide variety of high-quality international food. There were also several on-site agents offering excursions such as snorkeling and boat trips, some with direct pickup from the resort’s jetty. The resort offers great facilities including tennis courts, a gym, sauna, spa, and beauty salon. The spa staff were attentive but not pushy. Daily activities such as aquafit, Zumba, and children’s activities were well organized and led by friendly staff, i really enjoyed the entertainment team and had so much fun playing beach volleyball. There’s also a playground and grassy areas for kids. The lagoon-style sea areas were beautiful, calm, and sandy with no rocks or seaweed—perfect for swimming, though snorkeling is better on day trips outside the resort. The landscaped gardens and palm trees made the resort ideal for long, relaxing walks. Overall, a peaceful, high-quality resort with excellent service and facilities. We would happily return and highly recommend it.
