We arrived at the Moxy Hotel on March 4th, and the receptionist (Fran) told us there was a problem at the hotel and that they would transfer us to the Hampton Hotel next door for the night, covering all the arrangements and expenses since we had already paid for the Moxy. When we left the next day, I received two charges from the Hampton Hotel for €180 and €160 without any explanation, even though I had only used my card for a £10 deposit. I tried contacting both hotels and sent urgent emails without any response, as well as making calls where no one spoke Spanish, and without receiving any solution in 5 days. This charge, especially during our vacation, is causing us considerable inconvenience, and we will be filing a complaint if they don't respond soon (we are returning to Spain in 2 days).
