4th time at Moxy..I used to come back because everything was fine, but the last stay soured the experience. I think this is my last time. Pros - place, location Cons - everything else. Two rooms were reserved in advance, due to the Andrea Bocelli concert yesterday, one room was reserved for 2 nights, the other for one, paid in advance, due to changed conditions, I arrived only on the second day of the reservation with my family from far away, it turned out that my room was taken because I did not show up (they wanted to warn me, but they do not answer calls..), just refunded the money. The room was organized, the receptionist is nice and you can see that she is trying to help, thank you for that! But the room was adapted for people with disabilities, with a door to another room where other people were accommodated, a draft in the bathroom, cold, not even a shower cabin, but a curtain, the faucet in the bathroom sink with no cold water running, only hot and even hotter, no cupboard for any things, one blanket in the room, due to the overcrowded hotel, you can't get a second one (not enough is planned for such conditions). The bad thing is that the first time you encounter such a situation that you pay the money, don't show up, your room is given to someone else, and what if you arrive at night or early in the morning? You are left with nothing, well this time the room was received, but under conditions that I wouldn't choose... since the room reservation was processed over 40 minutes and there was already a risk of being late for the concert, I only saw the quality of the room when I returned, so it's impossible to change anything when you're tired and it's night. Breakfast is a separate topic. Since the fourth time was something to compare it to, I don't understand why it changed so much...you come at 9 am (breakfast until 11) there is not much place to sit, especially for four, basically either pancakes or scrambled eggs, everything is fine with that, but you come and there are no pancakes, so you take what is left, which is mostly a dry baguette with sausage or scrambled eggs, the pancakes were brought only after a long time. I am not one of those who writes such reviews every time, but it was a very bitter experience that sincerely disappointed me.
