We really enjoyed our stay at the Moxy in downtown Nashville. It is a boutique style hotel that has a modern vibe to it. The location is AMAZING and probably the main reason why you should stay here. You are literally steps away from Broadway. You check in at the bar and get a complimentary drink token (either a vodka soda or whatever beer they have on tap). It definitely helps start the party! Every staff member that we interacted with was extremely friendly (shout out to Tyler - he is the best)! The lobby is comfy. There are plenty of couches and chairs along with a pool table and large TV. There is also live music every night in the lobby. If you get to the hotel earlier than check-in, there are lockers that you can leave your belongings in until your room is ready. They serve coffee in the lobby every morning from 6am-10am and there is a water fountain station. They also sell an assortment of snacks/drinks in the lobby. The rooms themselves are pretty small - but get the job done. The mattress is very comfortable. Our room faced Broadway and we didn’t have any issues with it being noisy (there’s no window to look out of but I think it’s to help prevent the room from being too noisy). The room has a built in sound machine, smart TV, steamer, and hair dryer that you can use. They have a restaurant/bar on the 5th floor along with a rooftop. It is opened until 1am. You can actually hear the music from Jelly Roll’s bar from this rooftop if you’re looking to avoid crowds but still get that party environment. The food at the restaurant/bar was typical bar food - probably better for a late night snack rather than a sit down dinner. If you’re looking to hangout on Broadway for your trip to Nashville - this is the place to stay.
