Staffs are very honest & efficient. They found my ear phone and tried contacting me to return it to me. The stay is pleasant except the rooms are a bit small.

Don't stay in the corner room at this hotel! Or don't stay at this hotel at all! 1. The hotel didn't tell me during check-in that corner room 1311 had a smaller window. Moreover, it charged the same price as other rooms with normal-sized windows. (See my image) Worts of all, after I told them the window was smaller, they refused to give me compensation. Awful hotel. I've never experienced this problem with Accor Hotels. 1. The hotel didn't inform me during check-in that room 1311 was a corner room with a smaller window. Furthermore, it was priced the same as other rooms with normal-sized windows. (See image) Worse still, after I told them the window was smaller, they refused to compensate me. This hotel is terrible. I've never encountered this situation with an Accor Hotel. 2. Some of the staff seemed angry to me. 3. Hotels in Japan with lower prices offer much better service.

Room 1719 is definitely not a place for anyone to stay. There's a bar upstairs playing music until 1 AM, and then there's constant loud machine noise; it's impossible to get any rest, it's incredibly frustrating. The breakfast was basic, but that's okay given the price. However, the service attitude of some staff members was just as described in other reviews; they seem to need to work on their interpersonal skills.
