This isn't a traditional hotel; it's a converted residential building. Disadvantages: 1. Damp and musty room 2. Pillowcases covered in dust and stains 3. Ants and insects on the walls 4. Unpleasant odor from the towels provided 5. Front desk not open 24 hours; staff are unavailable after 10 PM 6. Parking costs 1000 yen per night 7. Poor soundproofing of the room door; loud noise from motorcycles and airplanes outside 8. Very soft mattress; two people could hardly sit comfortably without falling off the sides. Advantages: 1. Polite front desk staff 2. Strong water pressure in the shower 3. In-room washing machine 4. Spacious room

The rooms are spacious and come with a large refrigerator and washing machine, making them comfortable even in the middle of summer. However, even though it's a location where almost everyone will be driving, there's a parking fee of ¥1,000 per day. The room rate seems cheap at first glance, but it's probably best to interpret this as the displayed rate plus ¥1,000. The fact that this information isn't clearly stated at the time of booking is also a bit frustrating, as it feels like a game of rock-paper-scissors after the fact. It's a bit disappointing, given how satisfied I was with my stay...
