Stayed at MS Aparthotel in Lisbon for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, and having a washing machine in the room was a pleasant surprise. The large sidewall window and huge balcony offered great ocean views, sunsets, and rooftop scenery, which we loved. The location is convenient, close to local supermarkets and restaurants, and the secure, ample parking made things easy since we had a car. There are both indoor and outdoor pools, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommended!

Fine hotel that have seen better days. Staff was friendly and there is free parking around the hotel. The chicken I got at the restaurant was not good, had a strange taste and was not cooked right before serving it, but heated up so it was dry.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday for the first time after visiting many other hotels in Portugal. This hotel feels like you have stepped into the 1970's., the rooms are dated as well as the lobby. The furniture is falling apart, and we needed to put back together many times, the floors and furniture in the rooms are scratched beyond belief. The wallpaper in the common hallways is peeling off, and there is visible mold in the shower and pool area. There is a sign in the elevator that they are "undergoing renovation" but not sure to what degree. Only the restaurants look renovated. The daily breakfast buffet is boring, they changed one or two items daily, from the pastry/fruit selection. The service varies, its best in the Garden restaurant, the front staff is so-so in terms of friendliness, you feel more like an inconvenience to them more than anything. Also you must pay for your stay up front which has never been asked of me before. Would I stay there again? no Absolutely not a 4 star hotel, not sure how the reviews are reflecting that
